In the next installment of SI Swimsuit's "Fill in the Dots," we caught up with our 2015 SI Swimsuit rookie to find out where she thinks is the most romantic place in the world and what book you might find on her nightstand. It's hard work, but someone has to do it.

And it's no surprise that while in studio, Erin had a little fun on set, even joking that while she's best known for her freckles, she should also be known for her bad attitude. Right, Erin—we'll believe it when we see it!
